By texting our number or otherwise using hyvis's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

hyvis is the operating company behind this service. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean hyvis.

2. Description of Service

hyvis provides an AI-powered customer service and appointment booking platform. This SMS program is used strictly to run internal, inbound-only product demonstrations of the hyvis platform for prospective enterprise customers. We do not use this program or platform to send messages on behalf of third-party clients or external businesses.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By texting our number you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from hyvis at the mobile number you used to text us.

• Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@hy-vis.com.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Our SMS program is registered under the 10DLC framework. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use this service. By using hyvis you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send abusive, harassing, or threatening messages to our automated system or staff.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity when using the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with hyvis and hyvis are the property of hyvis and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our service without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business results will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hyvis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
