- Message content — the text messages you send us to facilitate the conversation.
- Name and appointment details — collected during the booking flow if you choose to share them.
We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data through SMS.

- To respond to your inquiry and qualify your interest.
- To schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of our clients.
- To send follow-up or reminder messages related to your booking.
- To improve our AI responses and service quality (in aggregated, de-identified form).

4. SMS Messaging & 10DLC
Our SMS program is registered under the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) framework with U.S. carriers. By texting our number you expressly consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages from hyvis / hyvis.

- The business you inquired about — so they can fulfill your appointment or request.
- SMS infrastructure providers (e.g., Twilio) — solely to deliver messages.
- Law enforcement or regulators — only when required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain SMS conversation data for up to 12 months to support appointment history and dispute resolution. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@hy-vis.com.
